About The Role

Our Spa – Norwood:

Our beautiful spa is conveniently located in the heart of Norwood Parade - Adelaide’s premier shopping strip. Norwood is accessible by public transport and has ample off street parking.

Boasting 7 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

The Spa is Managed by a very experienced Spa Manager and we have a tight knit team of experienced beauty and massage therapists.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Remedial Massage (provider numbers an advantage) | Experience in a retail selling an advantage

Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct professional client consultations | Deliver high standard remedial treatments | Create genuine client connections to address their concerns | Document effective treatment plans & homecare | Deliver endota service standards & values | If open to learning additional treatments within scope of practice - training will be provided

Skills & experience required:

Diploma in Remedial Massage (Graduates are also welcome! Starting out or looking for progression? Our superb training can kick-start your career.) | Provider numbers an advantage | Excellent customer service standards | Exemplary work ethic and reliability | Strong communication skills | Ability to nurture long term client relationships
